CONVERTIBLE VENUE SPACE
What's incredible about the venue is that the ceremony also doubles and transforms into your reception space. After the thirty minutes or hour of your ceremony, your guests then head up to the second level loft area to enjoy cocktail and appetizers. Meanwhile, the magic happens during that time for the staff to reset and bring out tables for the reception-- and they are quick about it!
We've seen different configurations of the space along with different table options (round or rectangle), facing the stage or the exposed brick wall, etc. Every event we've been a part of at The Colony House has looked different for each one.
TWO WORDS: SUCCULENT WALL
We are suckers for a good wall that flourishes in greenery, and this space's use of a succulent wall doesn't disappoint. This makes a fabulous backdrop for the newlyweds, bridal party and even for a quick selfie.
COCKTAIL LOFT
During the transformation of the dining and party hour, guests can utilize the second level loft where you can find high ceilings and a permanent stationed bar. The space is outfitted with the proper high cocktail tables and sofa for guests to enjoy your signature beverage and hor d'oeuvres
